$140.00 Fall/Spring Special

Spring & Fall Maintenance Contract is for one year from date of first checkout. Includes one Spring checkout of central a/c system and one Fall checkout of heat system. Additional service calls and parts qualify for 15% discount while under contract. $140.00 Special is for one residential system only. Additional systems at the same address are $70.00 each. Regular price of $160.00 for one system, $80.00 for each additional system at the same address applies after offer end date. Checkouts are scheduled for weekdays between 7 am & 4:30 pm.
